I-Photonics offers cutting optical filters for different wavelengths from 400 to 5000 nm.
There are two types of cut-off filters:
- Shortpass edge filters;
- Longpass edge filters.
Long-pass optical filters pass the long-wavelength portion of the spectrum relative to the cut-off wavelength and block the short-wavelength portion.
Long-cutting optical filters, on the contrary, maximize the transmission coefficient in the short-wave range and block the long-wave part of the spectrum.
